All of the items shown are typically in stock and available 7-days-a-week, with inventory being replenished weekly. However, we can not guarantee availability of any item at the time your order is placed. If an item selected is not available on the requested delivery date you will be given an option of (1) having the item(s) delivered when it becomes available; (2) offered a similar item as a substitute; (3) a refund or store credit for the price of the item.
Club Wag Rewards Program Benefits
All items purchased on-line will earn Club Wag rewards points. If you are not a current member of the Club Wag Rewards Program, you will be automatically entered into the program. Club Wag Rewards Program members receive 1 reward point for every $1 spent on all purchases (not including sales tax). When your Club Wag points balance reaches 500 points, you are eligible for a 10% discount on any future full-priced transaction of any value with any number of item in the transaction. It may not be combined with any other offer or coupon. Additional points are not accrued towards future rewards until any existing earned reward is redeemed. Your 10% discount can not be applied to on-line orders, and can only be redeemed during in-store visits.
We will not sell or transfer any of your personal information with any third party. As a Pet People customer and Club Wag member we may, from time to time, email you coupons, notifications, event invitations, newsletters, or product recall announcements. You may opt-out of these emails at any time without losing any of your Club Wag benefits or privileges by following the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of the email.
We guarantee satisfaction with any item you purchase from Pet People. If you are unhappy with any product we will issue a refund or store credit for the total cost. Returns or exchanges can only be made at our store. Items for return can not be picked up.
